Job Duties:

Identify and designate treating MPN physicians

Review medical reports and followup on physician recommendations

Assist attorneys with pretrial and trial preparation

Provide case status updates to applicants

Draft advocacy letters petitions and pretrial statements

2 years of experience working within the workers compensation system

Understanding of workers compensation laws regulations and procedures

Exceptional writing skills

Excellent research and analytical skills

Strong technology skills
