Job Description

Job Title: Germanspeaking Inside Sales Representative

Location: Benalmdena Spain
Employment Type: Fulltime
Work Model: Onsite
Remuneration: Base salary bonuses



Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners offering tailored advice to meet their needs.
Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities within your account portfolio driving growth and sustainability.
Ensure longterm client satisfaction by understanding their business strategies and staying informed of competitor activities.
Develop commercial and technical proposals to meet client needs.
Proactively manage profitability aiming to exceed sales quotas and targets.
Manage the sales pipeline efficiently tracking progress and reporting on ongoing activities.
Respond to incoming customer and partner inquiries ensuring timely and effective communication.



What Were Looking For:

Language Skills: Native or fluent in German (oral and written) and proficient in English (B2 level or above).
Experience: Previous B2B sales experience ideally in a channel environment.
Communication Skills: Strong ability to persuade and empathize with clients comfortable using various communication channels (primarily telephone).
Selfmotivated: A proactive energetic attitude with the ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
SalesOriented: Passion for driving results and achieving set sales targets.
Adaptability: Ability to stay calm under pressure meet tight deadlines and deliver highquality results with minimal supervision.
