Responsibilities

• Engage with key decisionmakers of prospective clients to identify sales opportunities and assess their needs through cold calling and visits offering solutions that integrate the companys products and services to demonstrate value.
• Independently manage client resource accumulation deliver sales presentations explain solutions negotiate business deals and handle bidding and contract signing.
• Foster and sustain longterm relationships with existing clients by offering information guidance and support.
• Collaborate actively with other departments to advance the sales process.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or higher is required.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Relevant experience in the talent recruitment industry is preferred specifically in business development sales.
• Strong communication skills to achieve sales goals and meet performance standards.
• A genuine commitment to clients with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization and a longterm understanding of customer needs.
