Sales Representative B2B Hungarian

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Sales Representative with Hungarian for their Lisbon office. Together with your colleagues you will engagein B2B outbound sales for small and medium
sized businesses (SMBs). You will work with ahigh volume of hot leads aiming for a
conversion rate of 15% with an expected 35sales per day.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engaging potential accounts by calling leads providedby the client.
• Employing negotiation skills to close agreements andonboard new clients.
• Managed each sales opportunity with unwavering persistence and focused on closing sales.
• Adapting and innovating work processes finding the mosteffective paths to seal deals.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Flawless communication skills both written and oral in Hungarian (C2) Proficiency in English (B2);
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under deadline pressure;
• Very good accuracy and attention to detail understanding that small details can make the biggest difference;
• Proven ability to work and make decisions with minimal supervision;
• Proactively utilize strong sales skills to place an order;
• Working in a dynamic environment with customer satisfaction in mind;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Flexibility is required and will occasionally involve overtime work;
