Job Description

Your mission

The HR BP is leading all human resources activities for their assigned functional areas or business units.

What you'll do:

  • You will help align the organization s people strategy with its business strategy.
  • You will line with managers as, the HRBP works on setting priorities, driving values, ensuring efficient and lean processes between the Units and P&C while delivering strong business results.
  • You will identify training needs and assist the L&D function in aligning training programs with business objectives.
  • You will be responsible for strategic workforce planning: ensuring the company s workforce has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for the future.
  • You will select and develop key talent to ensure there are talents to fill in critical roles.
  • You will be responsible for conducting performance management guidance to managers.
  • You will be helping managers deal with organizational, people, and change-related issues.
  • You will optimize organizational design to increase productivity and improve performance of the business.
  • You will be implementing innovative and inclusive recruitment strategies.
  • You will also be implementing reward and recognition interventions to increase bottom-line results and employee engagement.
  • You will provide advice and suggestions for culture-related initiatives, such as cultural transformation.
  • You're responsible for implementing interventions on employee well-being, diversity and inclusion, or talent management.
  • You will be working together with management and personnel to solve conflicts and help facilitate positive employee relations.

Your profile

  • You have solid experience on building up diverse teams, recruitment strategy and people development of 8+ years.
  • You are aware that the most important skill is about designing and understanding a growing culture that makes Wandelbots a contemporary and great place to work, where people can follow their purpose and potential.
  • You are hyper flexible and adaptive personality that follows a strong vision and culture code.
  • You have ability to act as a consultant on people team matters across Talent Management and Acquisition, Leadership Development, Culture and (Labour Law).
  • You posses a good grasp of HRM techniques and excellent people management skills.
  • You retain excellent mentoring and relationship building skills.
  • You have the ability to empathize with others.
  • You have great communication and presentation skills.
  • You possess superb problem-solving skills.
  • You also have a good understanding of the many disciplines within HR, including diversity and inclusion, performance management, compensation and benefits, talent management, employee and union relations, etc.
  • You have excellent stakeholder management and developing good work relationships across the organization.
  • You also have good change management and project management capabilities.
  • You have the ability to read and interpret dashboards and reports containing complex data.
  • You have a profound understanding of HR analytics techniques.
  • You have the ability to set up and track relevant metrics and KPIs and use them to drive business results.
  • You are fluent in English, German is a plus.
