Job Description

Upskills provides expert financial software consulting for investment banks and leading financial institutions in Asia Pacific Middle East and Europe region. With a strong Front to Back expertise of the cash and derivatives markets coupled to an indeep knowledge of financial markets technologies we provide smart businesswise and efficient solutions.

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive intern to join our team. This dualrole internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain handson experience in both business development and administrative operations within a global setting. The ideal candidate will be passionate about strategic initiatives sales operations and efficient administrative processes. Key elements of the role will include but are not limited to:
  1. Strategy & Business Development
  • Strategic Initiatives:
  • Develop strategic initiatives to drive business development for Upskills Global.

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to expand our global footprint.

  • Sales Strategy & Operations:
  • Support the execution of sales strategies and manage related operational tasks.

  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.

  • Support the Sales team in lead generation and market research.


2. Admin & Operations

  • Inventory Management:
  • Manage laptop warranties renewal and track inventory by using Jira.

  • Ensure accurate recordkeeping and regular updates of inventory status.

  • Global Operations Support:
  • Provide support for administrative tasks across our global entities.

  • Coordinate with various departments to streamline administrative processes.

  • Operations Review:
  • Analyze and optimize operational processes particularly in entity office operations and payment processing.

  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Administrative Support:
  • Support various administrative functions for our global operations.

  • Assist in coordinating meetings preparing documents and handling other administrative tasks as needed.



Requirements

  • Currently pursuing Degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
