Roles and Responsibilities
- Commissions and Incentives computation based on operations guidelines.
- Generatingdataand creating reports as requested.
- Responding to information requests from staff across all departments.
- Ensures staff compliance by examining records operating practices and documentation.
- Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents.
- Audit and communicatefindings by preparing a final report to be sent out to operations heads.
