SD-WAN T3 Networking Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Networking Engineer with specialized expertise in Juniper SDWAN Cradlepoint and VeloCloud technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing implementing and managing SoftwareDefined Wide Area Networks (SDWAN) across various enterprise environments. This role requires strong technical skills in network architecture troubleshooting and the integration of SDWAN solutions to optimize network performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Implementation:
  • Plan design and implement SDWAN solutions using Juniper Cradlepoint and VeloCloud technologies.
  • Develop network architectures that align with business objectives and scalability requirements.
  • Configure and deploy SDWAN hardware and software in complex multisite environments.
• Network Management:
  • Monitor network performance troubleshoot issues and optimize network traffic flow.
  • Manage WAN optimization security protocols and failover mechanisms to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Maintain and update SDWAN configurations ensuring compliance with security and operational policies.
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting for SDWAN LAN and WANrelated issues.
  • Work closely with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex network problems.
  • Conduct rootcause analysis for recurring network issues and implement longterm solutions.
• Collaboration and Documentation:
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including security systems and infrastructure to integrate SDWAN solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain network documentation including design diagrams configurations and operational procedures.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in SDWAN technologies especially Juniper Cradlepoint and VeloCloud.
  • Suggest and implement network improvements enhancements and innovations to increase overall efficiency and reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3 years of experience working with Juniper SDWAN Cradlepoint and VeloCloud technologies.
• Strong understanding of WAN/LAN architectures IP routing switching and network security protocols.
• Proficiency in network monitoring tools and SDWAN management platforms.
• Experience in troubleshooting complex network issues and providing performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. JNCIS Cradlepoint Certified VeloCloud Certified Professional) are a plus.
