DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST

Macrae considers its collective intelligence one of the major components to its success. The Data Entry Specialist is a part of the global knowledge management task force. The primary function of this role is to ensure that the Company s collective intelligence is entered into the database in a timely and accurate manner so that it is accessible to all recruiting teams globally.
The primary duties of the Data Entry Specialist include but are not limited to the following:
Act as primary point for data cleanup required to maintain Company database is uptodate
Enter data from source documents into the prescribed computer database and CRM
Check source documents/data for accuracy
Verify data and correct data where necessary
Obtain further information for incomplete documents or system entries
Update data and archive unnecessary/outdated files
Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required
Transcribe information into the required electronic format
Check completed work for accuracy
Store completed documents in designated locations
Comply with Company data integrity and security policies
Work closely with the Data & Research Manager to ensure quality of data in database is accurate and complete
The Data Enty Specialist will report to the Director of Business Operations.
Preferred Qualifications: Professional work experience in legal recruiting or professional services industries is highly preferred. Bachelor s Degree or equivalent work experience is required (JDs welcome). Comfortable and thrives working in a highvolume work environment. Ability to successfully manage multiple deadlines selfstarter mature attitude creative problem solver taskoriented attention to detail and sound judgment. Highlevel proficiency in written and oral communications. Strong technical aptitude and excellent proficiency in MS Office Suite is required. Experience in data entry is a plus.
