Accountant

Job Description:

• Maintain Financial Records: Accurately record and manage all financial transactions using Tally software.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Handle the full cycle including invoice processing transaction verification vendor payments and account reconciliation.
• Bookkeeping: Maintain ledgers prepare financial statements and perform periodic account reconciliations.
• GST Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns and stay updated with GST regulations.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports; analyze financial data for discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.
• Internal Controls & Audit Support: Implement internal controls to protect company assets and assist in internal/external audits.
• Other Accounting Tasks: Assist with budget preparation financial analysis payroll and other special accounting projects.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of accounting experience with proficiency in Tally ERP GST Filing and accounts management.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills attention to detail and understanding of financial regulations.
