Position: Turkish Customer Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to Turkishspeaking clients via phone email and chat.
• Resolve customer inquiries and offer tailored solutions in a professional manner.
• Assist customers with product and service information orders and general queries.
• Handle complaints efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent in Turkish (written and spoken).
• Proficient in English.
• Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required.
• Must be a resident in Portugal with a valid work permit.
• Ability to work onsite in Lisbon.
